General Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions govern the contracting of tourist services offered by ALTA CATAMARCA SRL (CUIT 30-71570760-2), in its capacity as organizer or intermediary, depending on the service contracted. The reservation request by the passenger, retail agency or reseller implies the knowledge and express and total acceptance of these conditions, which constitute an integral part of the travel contract, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 18.829the Decree 2182/72the Law No. 24.240 on Consumer Defensethe National Civil and Commercial Codeand all other national and provincial regulations in force, including those in effect in the province of Catamarca.

The conditions set forth herein are mandatory both for direct clients as for travel agencies and tour operators that resell our serviceswho shall transmit this information in a reliable manner to the passengers. Any omission or misrepresentation of the conditions by third parties. may not be transferred to Alta Catamarca SRL.The Company reserves the right to operate only in accordance with this regulatory and contractual framework.

IMPORTANT
This document is part of the contract between the user and Alta Catamarca SRL.
It is recommended that print it out and keep it handy throughout the booking and travel process.
Its acceptance implies mandatory compliance in all instances.

1-ABOUT PROMOTIONS AND PUBLICATIONS

a) Base prices
Unless expressly indicated otherwise, the prices quoted are per person, on a double, triple or quadruple basis, depending on the program contracted. Contracting a single basis implies a surcharge of 15% over the corresponding value.

b) Services included
Tourist programs include:
- Transfers in private vehicles owned by the company (cars, vans or minibuses for excursions in flat areas; 4×4 vans or 4×4 trucks specially equipped for high altitude areas);
- Lodging in authorized establishments, with private bathroom and breakfast;
- Medical coverage through ASSIST CARD, according to the current conditions of such provider;
- Accompaniment by local guides, native baqueanos and experienced personnel, who may alternate for logistical, climatic or availability reasons, guaranteeing in all cases the professional fulfillment of the tours.

Any other service not expressly detailed in the official voucher issued by Alta Catamarca or in the confirmed program will be considered excluded from the price and must be contracted separately.

c) Commercial conditions
- The daily excursions have a minimum number of passengers required for their realization, which will be previously informed by the company. If this minimum is not reached, the passenger will be informed in advance.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice, only in the event that the service has not been paid in full, due to possible variations due to devaluation, exchange rate adjustments or changes in logistics, tax or third party suppliers' rates.
- Promotions, bonuses or special rates will be valid only during the periods published through the official channels of Alta Catamarca SRL, such as its official web page (www.altacatamarca.tur.ar) and institutional social networks duly verified. Any information published by unofficial channels, agencies or third parties has no legal or commercial validity with respect to the company.

The promotions in force at the time of booking will only be valid if the total amount of the service is paid at the same time. In case of making a reservation (deposit) and choosing to pay the balance at a later date, the form of payment and promotions applicable to the outstanding balance will be those in force at the time of final payment, and not those in force at the time of the reservation.
Any promotion, bonus or special condition will be valid only during its validity published in Alta Catamarca SRL official channels (verified website and networks).
Any information published outside such channels, even if it comes from agencies or third parties, has no legal and commercial validity in front of the company.
For exampleprices shared by third parties on social networks, messaging groups or screenshots without link to an official channelshall not be considered valid or enforceable by the user under any circumstances.

Promotions are not cumulative among themselves, nor among different users, nor for any reason, and will be applied exclusively under the conditions, means of payment and terms officially published by Alta Catamarca SRL.

Likewise, at the time of making the reservation, the customer must inform whether he/she is a final consumer, a member of a union, a holder of a special agreement or a retail or wholesale reseller, since promotions, rates and payment methods vary according to the declared condition. This condition may not be modified subsequently or retroactively. The omission or falsehood in the information provided may result in the cancellation of the benefits applied and/or the service.

d) Resale through agencies or third parties
The resale of Alta Catamarca services may be carried out by travel agencies or third parties, without the need for prior express authorization. However, those who act as intermediaries assume full responsibility for reliably informing their clients about these General Terms and Conditions, and for complying with all the requirements established by the company.

In the event of any contractual situation, claim, modification, cancellation or incident, Alta Catamarca SRL will intervene and make decisions exclusively in accordance with the provisions of this document, without admitting exceptions due to particular agreements, omissions or conditions offered by the intermediary.

2-RESERVES

Reservations must be requested in writing, only through the company's official channels (email or WhatsApp informed on this website), accompanied by the full details of all passengers involved. One of the passengers must be designated as reserve holderwho will be the only valid interlocutor with Alta Catamarca SRL, even after the end of the trip. Any communication, modification or request related to the contracted service must be processed exclusively by that person, without exception.

In the case of group bookingsThe company undertakes to inform only the holder of the reservation of all relevant aspects of the service (dates, conditions, itinerary, payments, documentation, etc.). It is not the responsibility of Alta Catamarca to ensure that the rest of the group is aware of or directly receives such information. If other members of the group wish individualized treatment, they must manage their own reservation separately from the beginning.

Once the reservation has been confirmed, we will assign you a due date for payment of the down paymentequivalent to 50% of the total value of the service. If the payment is not credited on the indicated date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without additional notice. Proof of payment must be sent by the same means mentioned above, detailing:
- full name, ID and date of birth of all passengers,
- name of the contracted service and departure date,
- e-mail address and contact telephone number of the owner,
- VAT status.

In the event that the group does not define an owner, the company may assign one automatically among the members. The total balance must be paid up to 20 days prior to the start date of travelin accordance with the provisions of clause 16 (Form of Payment).

3-CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be requested by e-mail only, to the official e-mail address: info@altacatamarca.tur.ar. Cancellations by other means will not be considered valid.

Cancellations of confirmed reservations will be governed by the following scale of retentions, applicable to the total contracted amount:

- Up to 60 days prior to departure: 10% will be retained.
- Up to 30 days before the start of the trip: the 25% will be retained.
- Up to 15 days before the start of the trip: the 50% will be retained.
- Up to 7 days before the start of the trip: the 75% will be retained.
- Less than 7 days before the start of the trip: the 100% will be retained.

These conditions apply without exception, in accordance with article 21 of Decree 2182/72 regulating Law 18,829.

In case of cancellation, the customer may choose to:

a) Reprogramming the serviceas set forth in clause 17 (Reprogramming), o

b) Transfer your place to another persononly if the company is reliably notified of the cancellation and of the willingness to transfer the place up to 7 days before the beginning of the trip. This communication must be made on the same day the cancellation is reported, and the customer will have a period of 24 hours to send the complete data of the new passenger (full name, ID card number, date of birth, contact telephone number and VAT status).
This option not valid for services that include airline ticketsThese tickets do not admit refunds, transfers or reprogramming under any circumstances. In such cases, the ticket will be considered lost without the right to claim or compensation.

All amounts paid through cards, virtual platforms, payment links or other electronic means that apply withholding taxes, commissions or other charges, will be considered as gross amounts. In case of cancellation, any reimbursement eventually authorized will be calculated as follows on the net amount actually received by Alta Catamarca, net of processing costs and non-refundable charges. The company assumes no responsibility for withholdings or discounts applied by third parties outside the contract..
The alternatives provided here are as follows do not imply entitlement to partial or full refunds. Any amount withheld for cancellation shall be final.

4-RESPONSIBILITIES

Alta Catamarca SRL, in its capacity as organizer, undertakes to comply only with the services specified in detail in the official voucher issued at the time of booking. This document will be sent by email or WhatsApp in the days following the confirmation of the reservation and constitutes the only valid instrument to verify the scope of the contracted services.

The company reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify scheduled excursions if climatic, geographical, sanitary or logistical conditions do not allow them to be carried out with minimum levels of safety or predictability. In such cases, alternative excursions of less demanding or similar characteristics within the area will be offered whenever possible, local conditions permitting. This substitution shall not give rise to any indemnity, reimbursement or compensation, in line with the provisions of clause 1.b).
If there is no viable alternative due to the aforementioned circumstances and the geographic location of the group at the time of the incident, no indemnity, reinstatement or compensation will be payable, since these events are completely beyond the company's control.

Any expense derived from delays, cancellations, irregularities or malfunctioning of means of transportation outside the company, such as flights, buses or transfers outsourced or hired separately by the passenger, will be exclusively at the passenger's expense, and Alta Catamarca SRL shall not be held responsible for any liability whatsoever.

In case of shared trips or excursions, passengers must comply with the complete itinerary. Should any of them decide to leave the group for personal reasons, health or any other reason, he/she will be responsible for his/her return to base, accommodation or meeting point, without the right to reimbursement or claim of any kind. The company has no obligation to modify the itinerary or the contracted service due to the will of a passenger to interrupt the trip.

If during the course of the trip a passenger requires medical attention or activates the assistance insurance, and the intervening medical professional indicates rest, suspension of activities or physical limitation, the agency will take such indication as formal and will recommend the passenger to stay in the assigned lodging.. In case the passenger decides not to respect the professional indications and continue with the activities by his/her own decision, Alta Catamarca SRL shall be exempt from any liability for the consequences of such conduct..

Also, if the authorized medical professional determines that the passenger's health is optimal to continue with the planned activities, the company will not provide second opinions nor will it assume personalized accompaniment or additional logistical adaptations if the passenger insists on suspending excursions, requesting refunds or modifying itineraries.. Any expenses arising after the medical authorization to continue will be exclusively at the passenger's expense, who will be able to arrange the corresponding coverage directly with the ASSIST CARD insurance provided, without the agency's intervention.

5-MODIFICATIONS

Alta Catamarca SRL reserves the right to modify all or part of the planned itineraryThe following cases may result in the reprogramming of dates, substitution of services, alteration of routes or operation through alternative service providers:

- Should circumstances of force majeure arise, such as climatic events, impassable roads, natural phenomena, sanitary risk situations, social conflicts, governmental measures, civil defense provisions or other unforeseen situations beyond the company's control, in accordance with the provisions of clause 4 (Responsibilities).
- When any service provider (lodging, gastronomy, transportation, excursions or others) is in default or is unable to operate for logistical, administrative, technical or legal reasons.
- When the modification is necessary to preserve the safety, integrity or welfare of passengers.

In all of the above cases, the company undertakes to guarantee continuity of service through suppliers of equivalent or higher level.The passenger has no right to request refunds, compensations or cancellations. Such substitutions may be made even without prior notice to the passenger, including during the course of the trip.if the urgency or conditions require it.

If the trip or excursion should be extended beyond that originally planned due to any of the above reasons, additional expenses shall be borne exclusively by the passengers.without prejudice to the medical or assistance coverage provided by the contracted insurance.

Likewise, if an excursion that has already begun cannot be completed due to weather conditions (such as strong winds, rain, snow, landslides, road closures or alerts from official organizations), we will try to offer a lesser excursion if the environment allows it. Such substitution shall not give rise to any claim whatsoeveras set forth in clause 4.

6-NO USE OF SERVICES
If any of the scheduled services are not used due to passengers' wishes or health problems, no refund will be made, without exception.

7-PACKAGES

Each passenger shall be entitled to carry free of charge a standard medium suitcase up to 23 kg and a small carry-on bag. Any additional piece, excess weight or volume will be considered extra baggage and will be subject to the operational availability of the vehicle. In case it is accepted, an additional charge of $25,000 per day of travelwithout exception.

If the passenger refuses to pay the corresponding excess, he/she will be entirely responsible for the safekeeping, deposit, shipment or management of the excess baggage, without affecting the schedule, route or logistics of the contracted service.. The company will not stop vehicles, modify routes or assign personnel to resolve this situation.

The custody, transportation, control and identification of baggage is sole responsibility of the passenger. Alta Catamarca SRL is not responsible for loss, misplacement, deterioration, breakage, theft, forgetfulness or damage.The Company shall not be liable for any damage to personal effects or the interior contents of the luggage, whether during transportation, in company vehicles or in outsourced accommodations.

The company will only recognize liability for visible, external damage directly attributable to the operation of the personnel or the vehicle on the checked baggage, such as broken wheels, handles or case casing. Any liability for objects damaged inside, even if the external damage was present, is excluded.

It is recommended that do not include fragile objects, electronics, money, important documents, jewelry or other valuables.in checked baggage. Any object will be considered for personal use and without declared value, unless formally indicated at the time of booking.

In case of forgetfulness, loss or abandonment of any type of objectsuch as suitcases, backpacks, jackets, glasses, thermoses, mates, electronic devices, souvenirs and others, the company assumes no obligation of custody, safekeeping or subsequent reshipment.even if the loss occurred in the agency's own vehicles or in hotels contracted by the agency.

If, exceptionally, the company agrees to manage the return of the object, the costs derived from packing, transportation, shipping or logistics will be entirely at the expense of the requesting passenger.Alta Catamarca SRL is under no obligation to guarantee deadlines, means or success of the management.

8-RIGHT OF CONDUCT

Alta Catamarca SRL reserves the right to cancel, suspend or partially or totally terminate the provision of the contracted service to any passenger whose behavior, physical or emotional state, attitude or way of acting is inconvenient for the normal development of the trip, affects the tranquility of the group, the fulfillment of the itinerary or the professional relationship with the personnel of the company or its associated providers.

This right may be exercised in situations such as:
- disrespectful, provocative or aggressive attitudes towards other passengers, guides, drivers or company personnel;
- hostile language, insults, direct or indirect threats, or anticipated manifestations of violent or disruptive behavior;
- attempts at negative persuasion of other passengers or inducement of group conflict;
- demands, pressures or misplaced requirements that interfere with operational safety, driver concentration or guide management;
- manifestations of excessive anxiety, repeated impatience or lack of respect for the normal administrative or logistical times of the service;
- any behavior that jeopardizes the success of the trip, the harmony of the group or the emotional and physical integrity of the team in charge.

In all cases, Alta Catamarca SRL will prioritize the welfare of the group and the work team over individual demands that are not made in good faith or in a collaborative manner. If the form, tone or attitude of the passenger represents a source of tension, uneasiness or manipulation, the company may relegate the treatment of the claim to a later moment and outside the direct operative instance, as long as it is not a serious breach of contract.

Even when faced with errors or situations attributable to the company, a basic attitude of understanding, patience and goodwill is expected from the passenger, so that the agency can manage adequate solutions without affecting the experience of other passengers.
Alta Catamarca SRL recognizes that, as in any operational tourist service, unintentional unforeseen events may occur, such as mechanical breakdown of vehicles, logistic failures, inconveniences in the infrastructure of the accommodations, utility cuts or similar situations that, even with previous controls and preventive planning, cannot always be avoided.
In such circumstances, the company will request that the passenger cooperate with a resolute, respectful and open to dialogue attitude, so that the notification and treatment of the incident can be managed immediately and positively, prioritizing the general welfare of the group and the continuity of the service with the least possible impact.

Before executing any definitive measure, the company will issue a single formal warning through any of its official channels (email, WhatsApp, phone call or in person), making direct reference to this clause, urging the passenger to immediately cease his behavior, appealing that he may reflect on his actions and facilitate a favorable resolution for his situation, while the company is still managing preventive or alternative measures.

If after this warning the behavior continues or reoccurs, the passenger will be withdrawn from the service without the right to reimbursement, compensation or subsequent reinstatement in the itinerary, and will be responsible for their own transfers, accommodation and arrangements from that moment. This decision is unappealable and will be applied preventively if it is reasonably considered that there is a risk of affecting the success of the trip, the health of the team or the tranquility of the group.
The passenger will be formally notified by e-mail with the grounds for the measure applied. After such instance, no action or proposal will enable the continuity of the passenger in the contracted services.
In all cases, Alta Catamarca SRL will assume the operative and legal risk implied by this decision, in order to ensure the success of the trip for the rest of the passengers and the work team (including the guide).

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the company declares that, in the event of taking the decision to suspend or cancel a service under the conditions described herein, it will voluntarily submit to the contract entered into, the voucher issued, these Terms and Conditions accepted and all national and provincial regulations in force, in order to continue the dialogue, justification and resolution through the appropriate formal channels. Alta Catamarca SRL will provide the client with all the necessary information and resources to act in accordance with the law.

In the event of a refund for services not used as a result of a cancellation decided by the company, the refund shall be limited exclusively to the services not effectively enjoyed, and shall be made within 30 days after the end of the trip, on a proportional basis and on the net amount effectively received by the company, discounting any commission or retention of means of payment (cards, electronic platforms, etc.).

Any expense or expenditure that the passenger decides to assume for initiating legal, judicial or administrative claims shall be at his/her sole risk and expense, without the possibility of reimbursement, unless there is a final judicial decision to the contrary.

9-OUR SERVICES INCLUDE

The contracted programs include, unless expressly indicated otherwise in the official voucher, the following services:

- Transportation in authorized vehicles suitable for the route and requirements of the itinerary (cars, vans, minibuses, 4×4 vans or special trucks for high altitude areas), departing from the cities or points indicated in the service.
- Lodging in establishments 2 or 3 star equivalent categoryaccording to local availability, always with private bathroom and on an agreed basis (double, triple or quadruple). In case of having contracted a service with upgrade The passenger's voucher must expressly state this on the passenger's voucher.
- Medical assistance through the ASSIST CARD company, in accordance with the terms in force of said company.
- Accompaniment by local guides, baqueanos or specialized personnel during the excursions, who may alternate between days for logistical, climatic or operational reasons, without the passenger being able to demand the continuity of a specific guide throughout the trip..
- Meals, transfers and activities expressly detailed in the contracted program.

All of the above services are understood as an indivisible, integrated and contracted unit as a whole.It is not possible to split, claim or request refunds, compensations or economic adjustments for individual components of the package (transfers, lodging, excursions, food, assistance, etc.).

Any modification, addition or exclusion of any of these items must be expressly stated in the voucher issued by the company and must have been agreed upon at the time of contracting.

10-OUR SERVICES DO NOT INCLUDE

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the corresponding voucher, the following services are not included in any of the programs offered by Alta Catamarca SRL:

- Drinks, both in accommodations and on excursions and meals,
- Tips for guides, drivers, service personnel or third parties,
- Entrance fees or access rights to national parks, natural protected areas, archeological sites, hot springs, provincial reserves, interpretive centers, cultural spaces, community areas, museums or any public, private or mixed management site requiring payment of admission fees,
- Laundry, ironing of clothes, telephone calls, Wi-Fi access or any other additional service charged by the lodging establishment,
- Transfers to and from terminals, airports or lodging if not detailed in the voucher,
- Meals en route or outside the program, unless expressly indicated,
- Medical or pharmacological assistance outside the conditions stipulated by the provider of the included insurance,
- Any expense or service of a personal nature not specified in the program or in the voucher.

No service shall be deemed to be included on the basis of assumptions, history with other companies, custom or personal interpretation. Only the items detailed in the official voucher issued by Alta Catamarca SRL are contractually valid.

11-PRICES

The prices of the services offered by Alta Catamarca SRL are expressed in local currency (Argentine pesos) exclusively for passengers. argentine residentsand in U.S. dollars or reais (as applicable) for foreign passengersaccording to your country of origin and documentation presented at the time of booking.

The only valid and current reference for rates, promotions and payment methods is the one published in the official website of Alta Catamarca SRL (www.altacatamarca.tur.ar). Any other value reported outside this channel has no commercial validity.

Promotions, discounted rates and payment conditions may be terminated, modified or withdrawn without prior notice or public announcement. They can also be updated from one day to the next, as determined by the company for commercial, financial or logistical reasons.

The only way to freeze the value of the service and/or to access special promotions is by paying 100% of the total amount at the time of its validity. In case of partial reservation (deposit), the balance will be adjusted to the conditions in effect at the time of cancellation. The company assumes no responsibility for changes in rates, promotions or payment methods between the time of inquiry and the time of payment.

No place, rate or mode of payment is saved for conversations, intentions or pre-agreements. The reservation will only be considered valid when a deposit has been paid in cash, in accordance with clause 2 (Reservations).

The possibility of combining different means of payment is allowed.provided that they are informed at the time of the transaction and are enabled by the company.

All prices are calculated on a minimum double occupancy basis. In case of contracting in single basean additional surcharge of 15% on the corresponding value. For regular services of daily excursionsthe operating minimum is 2 passengers. In the case of complete packagesmay be hired by 1 passengerThe above-mentioned surcharge will always be applied.

This scheme of minimums and surcharges is directly linked to the conditions set forth in clause 1 (Prices, Included Services and Commercial Conditions), and is of mandatory application without exceptions.

Published prices are per person, unless otherwise indicated, and include only the services detailed in the official voucher issued by Alta Catamarca SRL. Any additional service requested must be paid separately and in advance.

12-BILLING

Any purchase, reservation or contracting operation is documented by means of an invoice issued in the name of the reserve holderaccording to the data provided by the user at the time of the first contact with Alta Catamarca SRL.

In the event that the owner is not expressly indicated, the company shall proceed as set forth in clause 2 (Reservations), automatically assigning one of the passengers as the person responsible for the reservationwho will also become the holder of the invoicing.

The invoice shall be issued under the tax condition initially declared (final consumer, single taxpayer, registered taxpayer, etc.), and may not be subsequently modified or updated. If this condition is not reported, the invoice will be issued by default as end consumerwithout room for claims or rectifications.

No split check-in between several passengerseven if they participate in the same trip. If the members of a group wish to receive individual invoicing, they must make the following arrangements separate bookings, with direct contact and own fiscal dataThe terms of trade in force shall be respected.

Invoicing will be based on payments actually received.One or more invoices may be issued, as appropriate, at the time of each transaction.

The invoice request must be made by the 25th day of the current month and at the same time of the reservation, together with complete fiscal data.
If the company has not yet issued the invoice and the request is made after the 25th, it may be issued on the date of the following month.without the possibility of retroactivity or claim by the customer.
It is the sole responsibility of the user to request the invoice in due time and form and to provide the necessary information.

13-MINIMUM NUMBER OF PASSENGERS

The rates published by Alta Catamarca SRL are calculated on the basis of regular shared services. Therefore, all programs and excursions require a minimum number of passengers to be carried out, which will be informed at the time of booking.
Alta Catamarca SRL is not obliged to offer exclusive services or private vehicles. If an exclusive service is not expressly contracted, the passenger assumes that he/she has voluntarily chosen and accepted a scheduled serviceshared with other users and with the operating conditions that this entails.

The minimums by type of service are:

- Regular daily excursions: minimum 2 passengers.
- Complete packages: minimum 1 passengerwith a surcharge of 15% in case of a single base, in accordance with clause 11 (Prices).
- Exclusive or private servicesavailable only under prior consultation, operational availability and at additional cost.

The maximum capacity per vehicle type is as follows:

- Automobiles: up to 3 passengers per unit.
- 4×4 trucks: up to 4 passengers per unit.
- Combis and minibuses: up to total number of seats available per unitwithout exception.

All vehicles are licensed and driven exclusively by drivers designated by the company. In no case shall passengers be allowed to drive, operate or intervene in the driving of the vehicle, nor shall vehicles be provided without personnel.

Regular shared services imply acceptance of the conditions specific to this format.including coexistence with other passengers, the distribution of spaces and the operating mode of travel. Any discomfort arising from the number of people on board, personal space or seating arrangement. shall not be grounds for a claimThe service is an inherent part of the type of service contracted.

Alta Catamarca SRL offers, in some cases and optionally, premium services or hotel or private transportation upgradeswhich must be contracted in advance or, eventually, to be requested during the tripsubject to operational availability and at additional cost.
The fact that this alternative exists does not modify the conditions of the regular service already accepted.The Company is not entitled to demand improvements without the corresponding contracting.

This clause is directly linked to the provisions of clause 8 (Conduct Law), given that inappropriate comments, attitudes or demands regarding the space or other passengers can generate group unrest. Each user is expected to behave respectfully, collaboratively and in a manner appropriate to the type of service chosen.

14-REIMBURSEMENT

Reimbursements may only be made in the following two cases:


a) For partial or complete suspension or cancellation of the serviceeither by application of the Right of Conduct clause (passenger withdrawal) or by prior cancellation by the customerwill be reimbursed only the proportional value of the unused servicesin accordance with the dates and conditions established in the Cancellation and Conduct clauses.

The refund will be calculated on the net amount actually received (excluding taxes and commissions) and will be carried out within the 30 days after the date of completion of the trip.
Reimbursement will be made exclusively to the same account or account holder from which the original payment was made. Alternative means of payment and third party beneficiaries will not be considered.


b) Due to errors or undue payments by the user
In the event that the user has made a duplicate payment, entered a higher amount by mistake, or transferred money without having made a valid reservation, he/she may request a refund within the following time limits. 15 days later to the payment, presenting the voucher and details of the case.

In these cases, a fixed withholding tax of 29% will be applied to the total amount paid.corresponding to administrative, accounting, tax and operational management costswithout exception.

The resulting net balance shall be transferred within 30 working daysto the same account of origin. No refunds will be made to third party accounts.


All requests for reimbursement must be made in writing, via e-mailincluding proof of payment, detail of the reason, and complete data of the holder of the operation.
No verbal requests will be accepted, through social networks or outside the official channels.

15-REPROGRAMMING

The user may request the rescheduling of his/her trip. without penalty if you notify us in writing via e-mailwith at least 30 days in advance to the original release date, provided that the service does not include air segments or services contracted outside the province of Catamarca..
In the event of including flights, interprovincial transfers, lodging or external services not managed by Alta Catamarca SRL, the possibility of reprogramming will be subject to the conditions of the corresponding provider, and may not be applicable or may involve additional costs.

You may also request rescheduling on shorter notice only in the following cases health problems duly justified by a formal medical diagnosis. The presentation of generic certificates or certificates without verifiable clinical details will not be sufficient.

In such cases, rescheduling may only be applied to:
- the affected passenger,
- and, if applicable, to your direct relative (spouse, father, mother, child) sharing the same housing reservation on a double or triple basis.

Requests for reprogramming will not be accepted from third parties not directly affected.The passenger may be accompanied by companions, friends or persons who, although traveling in the same group, do not share a room with the affected passenger.
Nor will rescheduling be extended to another married couple or additional passenger unless they are included in the same room unit and reservation.

Alta Catamarca SRL reserves the right to reject reprogramming requests that are operationally unfeasible, that disproportionately alter the logistics of the service or that seek to adapt to routes other than those officially offered.
In case the rescheduling is accepted, the balance paid so far will remain in favor of the user.and shall be applied according to the fare in effect at the time of the new voyage.
Likewise, the new trip will be governed by the services, products and programs in effect on the rescheduled dateThe itinerary, suppliers or conditions may differ from the originally contracted trip, without this entitling any claim, reimbursement or compensation whatsoever.

The rescheduled trip must be carried out within the same calendar year the original contracting was carried out. Rescheduling for subsequent years will not be accepted.

Once reprogramming has been requested, the user will have a maximum of 20 calendar days to inform the new date of travel.
If this date is not communicated within that period, the deposit or balance paid will be automatically forfeited.The credit will not be refunded, compensated or transferred to other services or periods.

The rescheduling will be subject to the operational availability of the company. If the new trip chosen requires adjustments (vehicle, hotel, number of passengers, etc.), the user must pay the corresponding difference to validate the new reservation.

Rescheduling requests will not be accepted by phone, WhatsApp or social networks. The only valid way will be official e-mailwith acknowledgment of receipt.

16-IMPUMPTIONS

The only tax included in the prices published by Alta Catamarca SRL is the Value Added Tax (VAT), in accordance with current regulations.
Any other national, provincial or municipal taxes that may be created, modified or subsequently imposed (including perceptions, withholdings, fees or special contributions), shall be at the sole expense of the passengerThe amount of the fee shall be paid additionally, if applicable.

Prices indicated in our communications and website correspond to final values including VAT for end-consumers.unless the condition of net prices is expressly indicated.
No retroactive discounts, exemptions or tax benefits will be applied.and any special billing request must be made in accordance with clause 12 (Billing).

17-FORM OF PAYMENT

The contracted services must be paid by any of the following authorized and official means of Alta Catamarca SRL:

- Direct bank transfer or depositto the accounts reported by the company,
- Credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Cabal), only through:

  • payment link provided by the company,

  • Official QR for collection,

  • or through our virtual store (e-commerce) on the official website,
    - Cash payment at the officeonly if the contracting is carried out at the time and in the presence of authorized personnel,
    - Combination of payment methodsThe information is provided in advance and is subject to administrative validation.

Payments made by credit card will be subject to the following interest, charges and current conditions The payment system used, which will be informed at the time of requesting the corresponding link or means.

The user must inform the method of payment at the time of reservation and may request an invoice in accordance with the provisions of the clause 12 (Billing).

Promotions, bonuses or rate freezes will be conditional upon strict compliance with the payment conditions set forth in the clause 11 (Prices).
Payments made outside the official channels informed by Alta Catamarca SRL will not be considered valid.


18-FINANCING DIRECT TO THE CUSTOMER - IN CONSECUTIVE FIXED INSTALLMENTS - NO CARD -NO INTEREST

Alta Catamarca SRL offers, as an exclusive payment alternative for end users, the possibility of accessing a payment plan of direct financing, without the use of credit cards and with no interest ratesunder the following conditions:

- Form of paymentonly by direct bank transfer to official accounts of Alta Catamarca SRL. We do not accept cash or credit card payments under this modality.

- Destinationthis option applies exclusively to contracted services within the province of Catamarca. It is not valid for services that include air segments, interprovincial transportation or external services to the company.

- Plan structurethe total amount of the service will be divided into fixed and equal monthly installmentsaccording to the number of months remaining until 20 days prior to travel start dateAt that time, the total amount must be paid in full.

- Monthly maturityeach installment is due on 12th of each monthaccording to the schedule agreed upon at the time of contracting.

- Late payment penaltyIf an installment is paid after the 12th, an automatic 5% monthly surcharge on the amount dueThe amount of days in arrears does not matter.
If the payment is accrued to the following month, the surcharge will be applied again on the restated balancecumulatively.

- User's responsibilityThe following is the compliance with the payment schedule sole responsibility of the customer.
Alta Catamarca SRL is not required to issue reminders, notifications or alerts..
Failure to pay on time may result in loss of promotional benefitsthe modification of the price in accordance with clause 11 (Prices)or the automatic cancellation of the reservation.

- Access conditionsthis method of payment must be expressly requested at the time of contractingand is available only for end consumersnot valid for agencies, resellers or third party intermediaries.

19-EXCEPTIONS, JURISDICTION AND FINAL CLAUSE

These General Terms and Conditions constitute a contract between the user and Alta Catamarca SRL, and result from mandatory for both partiesfrom the moment a reservation or payment is made, either in full or in part, for any of the services offered.

Any exceptions, special conditions, modifications or additional agreements not provided for herein. must be expressly stated in writing and approved by the company's management.Verbal interpretations, informal understandings or undocumented agreements are not valid.

In the event of any controversy that may arise between the parties in connection with the interpretation, fulfillment or execution of this contract, the parties voluntarily submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the province of Catamarca, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond, including federal jurisdiction.

Likewise, Alta Catamarca SRL declares its willingness to act in accordance with all the regulations in force in the Argentine Republicincluding the National Consumer Defense Law No. 24,240, the Civil and Commercial Code, and the specific provisions applicable to tourism (Law 18,829 and Regulatory Decree 2182/72).

The invalidity of any clause of this document shall not affect the validity of the rest of the document.which shall remain in full force and effect in all its other terms.
Any interpretation shall be made in good faith, with an equitable criterion and to safeguard the balance between the rights and obligations of the parties.
