How do we operate?

Our services

Our website shows you the 4 options of services we offer. To book any of them you must understand how to do it... keep reading!

We are a fully receptive agency in adventure tourism in the province of Catamarca-Argentina.
We operate throughout the territory and have our own fleet of vehicles, accommodations and logistics. We also outsource some extra services to maintain the same level of quality in each product.
You can book individually or together each service detailed here, there are 4:

Daily excursions

From SFVC or Tinogasta-Fiambala. These excursions depart any day of the week throughout the year, with a minimum of 3 passengers.

You can book and check availability in the booking engine that appears in HOME-DAILY EXCURSIONS-RESERVE. You make the payment and we will send you an email with confirmation and then you will receive your voucher.

Regular packages

are packages of excursions, lodging with breakfast, insurance, guides and that start on a specific day of the week with confirmed departures throughout the year, can not be modified in any way except adding extra days before or after the itinerary. Accommodations are assigned at the time of booking WITHOUT the possibility of prior selection by the client. They are all 2* and 3* accommodations that have the necessary and more, for a regular standard stay. You can check availability and book your place directly here on the website in the PACKAGES-RESERVATION section and there you make the payment, you will receive an email confirming everything and a sales representative will contact you to finish requesting information and send you the voucher.

There is an option to make UPGRATE in the transports and you must consult it BEFORE booking, to see availability and we will quote you the difference. For this service you must send an email to info@altacatamarca.tur.ar informing the service you want and the number of passengers. You can make it exclusive for your people

What is not possible is to change the start date of each package, regardless of whether it is a regular, upgrate or freight-only package.

Transfers

They are transfers within Catamarca or neighboring provinces, to combine with the packages or excursions that you hire. The vehicles are fully licensed for the job and can usually require this companies or operators who wish to mobilize groups of passengers.

Special departures

Here you will find exclusive options, which can be SPECIFIC PACKAGES, which can not be modified, which have a unique and distinctive itinerary of the regular departures, and include all services, from air, hotel, excursions, transfers, assistance and gastronomy. They are unique dates in the year and with limited quotas. To purchase any of these departures you must contact us by e-mail since you can not hire from the page directly as the rest of the services or you can be the option to CUSTOMIZE a package to your needs. You must read well the conditions for this contracting.
