That is why from the beginning we structured our operation by solving all the aspects that make it possible to travel in this territory with foresight and support. Detailed planning of the routes, real knowledge of the terrain, vehicles prepared for each type of road, operational bases distributed throughout the province and a reliable service network that accompanies each stage of the trip.

Baqueano guides experts
Our guides are an active part of the planning and execution of each experience.
Many of them are from the same regions we travel and know in depth the roads, communities and conditions of the territory. Some of them specialize in specific areas, so from the operations area we assign each guide according to the type of tour and the characteristics of the trip.
In addition to their role as guides and drivers, they are trained in high-altitude contingencies, first aid, basic mechanics and geography of the territory.
During each tour they keep permanent attention on the state of the vehicle, the weather conditions and the development of the guided tour. This combination of experience and preparation allows them to solve operational situations even in remote areas.
All field work is accompanied and followed up from our operational base by means of communication and satellite monitoring systems.
Mobility careful
Travel in Catamarca involves long distances and roads with very different conditions.
We operate with vehicles prepared for this type of trips and we select each unit according to the terrain and the logistics of the itinerary. We use cars, vans or minibuses for road trips and 4×4 vehicles for puna, desert or mountain roads.
Each unit maintains permanent technical controls and has specific equipment for high altitude routes. All our vehicles are continuously monitored from the operational base by satellite tracking.
They also have monitoring cameras with artificial intelligence assistance, on-board wifi connectivity and safety equipment such as oxygen when the route requires it, double spare wheel, boards, lingas and tools for roadside assistance.
This control and preparation system allows to maintain safety, stability and continuity during the entire transfer.

Over the years we have developed a system that allows us to assist any point of our routes in a maximum time of approximately one hour and a half from the moment an incident is reported.
Considering that many excursions involve trips of close to 300 kilometers, this response time represents an important backup for resolving contingencies without affecting the itinerary's development.
This system works thanks to the presence of operational bases in four strategic points of the province, which allows us to have support and assistance vehicles available in different regions.
This preventive structure allows us to respond quickly to any mechanical or operational situation during the tour.
