Recommendations

Documentation: valid ID is enough (no passport or visa is required).
Weather: January is full summer 🌞, the days are hot and humid. Bring light clothing, bathing suit, sunscreen and a hat.
Beaches: Canasvieiras is ideal for families 👨‍👩‍👧, but if you are looking for something quieter you can visit Joaquina, Lagoinha do Leste or Campeche 🚤.
Gastronomy: don't miss the fresh seafood and fish 🍤, typical of the island. Currency: in many places they accept reais and also international credit cards 💳.
Mobility: traffic in high season can be intense 🚗. Using transfers, local buses or renting a car can help you move better between beaches.
Language: Portuguese is the official language, but in tourist areas they understand Spanish well 🙂 .

Florianópolis, known as "The Island of Magic", is one of the favorite destinations for Argentines in January. More than 40 beaches, a gastronomy based on fresh seafood and the energy of its resorts make every day different. The trip includes direct flights from Cordoba, transfers and accommodation with breakfast at the Hotel Village Paraíso, located in Canasvieiras, one of the busiest and most serviced beaches on the island.
