Travel 4 days through one of the most amazing regions of Argentina, where the highest volcanoes in the world combine with living history, relaxation and adventure. This express tour of more than 950 km is designed for those who want to live a lot in a short time... without losing quality.
We start with the Adobe RouteA heritage corridor between chapels, mansions and villages stopped in time. Then, we relax in the imposing Fiambalá Hot Springssurrounded by mountains, and later on we let off some adrenaline by doing sandboarding in the Saujil Dunes.
The finishing touch: a 4×4 trip to the stunning Pissis Balconyat 4,550 meters above sea level, in front of the highest inactive volcano on the planet. An unforgettable postcard to close this perfect getaway.

11:00 h (approx.): Departure from SFVC (downtown hotel or airport). 18:00 h (approx.): Arrival in Tinogasta and accommodation in assigned hotel. Description: After reception, we start our trip to Tinogasta (3:30 h approx.) crossing the foothills along National Route 60. On the way we explore the 3 highlights of the Adobe Route, a heritage circuit where centuries-old chapels, oratories and colonial adobe houses reveal the living history of western Catamarca. We visit places like El Puesto, La Falda and Anillaco, framed by a natural environment that mixes desert, mountains and silence. Overnight at assigned hotel. TINOGASTA
08:00 h (approx.): Departure from Tinogasta. 18:00 h (approx.): Return to assigned hotel in Tinogasta. Description: We travel to the stunning Taton Desert, where some of the highest dunes in the world are found. In the Saujil Dunes, we enjoy a fun sandboarding experience, surrounded by an incredible natural environment. Then, we visited the Fiambalá Hot Springs, a thermal complex nestled in the mountain with natural stone pools and waters ranging from 28°C to 51°C, ideal to relax body and mind. 07:30 h (approx.): Departure from the hotel in Tinogasta. 17:00 h (approx.): Return to the hotel in Tinogasta. Description: We enter the Seismic Route, home to some of the highest volcanoes in the world. Through a 4×4 crossing, we reach the Pissis Balcony, a natural viewpoint at 4,550 meters above sea level, from where we can contemplate Mount Pissis: the highest inactive volcano on the planet (6,792 m). On the way, we cross high Andean lagoons, salt flats and landscapes that seem to be from another world, with the possibility of spotting vicuñas, flamingos and other Andean species. Around 11am we start our return to SFVC, having lunch in Aimogasta and finishing our services around 4pm at the SFVC hotel or at the SFVC airport.
